My research primarily employs high-resolution X-ray computed tomography (CT), synchrotron phase-contrast imaging, and computational approaches including three-dimensional reconstruction and 3D printing. It focuses on the evolution of key anatomical features in early bony fishes, integrating comprehensive morphological and comparative anatomical analyses across major clades of jawed vertebrates.
