I have been a faculty member at McMaster for over 30 years, served as Director of the Centre for Health Economics and Policy Analysis, Chair of Economics, and now Dean of Social Sciences. I have advised international agencies (WHO, World Bank), and federal, provincial and local governments in Canada, as well as professional societies/agencies (e.g., CMA, CIHI). I have over 100 publications, including a leading textbook in health economics.
