After completing my MSc degree in France (Paris) and work as a civilian servant in Antarctica, collecting data on penguins for 15 months.
Then, in 2014-2018, I did a PhD in Behavioural and Evolutionary Ecology at the Universities of Lyon (France) and Uppsala (Sweden - double degree). I studied social behaviour as in a bird species (the collared flycatcher).
After defending my PhD, I was a part time lecturer at the University of Lyon and studied in parallel cognition in birds.
Then I did a 3 postdoctoral contracts in Italy, Norway, and now at the University of Sheffield in the UK, where I study cooperation in a small bird (long-tailed tit).
