Jennifer Lake is a pharmacist, researcher and educator. She is the Academic Lead for Interprofessional Education at Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, and a full-time Assistant Professor - Teaching Stream at the University of Toronto. Her work focuses on how individuals and organizations work together to deliver excellent outcomes and experiences for patients. Her research and educational interests are collaborative learning, applied learning, integrated care models, pharmacy practice and primary care. Currently she is working on several projects about pharmacist practice in primary care including policy analysis and innovative practice changes.
