Jennifer Chandler

Jennifer A. Chandler holds the Canada Research Chair in the Law and Ethics of Brain Technologies at the University of Ottawa, Canada. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Bioethics Council for Canada.

She is internationally recognized for her research and writing in the law and ethics of the brain sciences. She is the Chair of a CAHS Expert Panel looking at fetal alcohol spectrum disorder in Canada. Chandler is a former elected member of the Board of Directors of the International Neuroethics Society, and former member of the Advisory Board of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research's Institute for Neuroscience, Mental Health and Addiction.
