Jeff Sovern

I have taught and written scholarly articles about consumer law for thirty years. I am the co-author of a leading casebook on consumer law, as well as the editor of the SSRN Consumer Law eJournal. I have previously published op-eds in The New York Times, Boston Globe, USA Today, New York Daily News, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Christian Science Monitor, and other publications.
