Jason Wollschleger

In my PhD program I studied Institutional Analysis, Social Movements and Collective Action and Sociology of Religion. Most of my research has been in the area of sociology of religion. I currently have two main projects: one focused on the bombing and burning of Black churches in the South during the Civil Rights era, the other on dying congregations that are choosing self-sacrificial deaths that benefit their communities.

I also have a Master of Social Work.
