Jason Harris teaches and research in the areas of corporate, contracts and insolvency law to undergraduate and postgraduate law students in the Sydney Law School. He has have written a number of books and articles on these areas of law.
He is a member of the Law Council of Australia, a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a fellow of the Australian Academy of Law. He also serves on the legal committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
