Jasmine Titova is a PhD candidate at CQUniversity. Her research explores the barriers elite athletes face during preconception and pregnancy, and identifies practical, evidence-based solutions to improve support during these critical windows. Her most notable work is the development of the Australian Institute of Sport’s world-leading recommendations to guide sporting organisations in better supporting elite athletes through preconception and pregnancy.
