Janelle Gifford

I completed a PhD in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Wollongong with research evaluating the clinical indicators and social context for developing lifestyle modification programs after gestational diabetes mellitus. I have clinical expertise in the areas of sports dietetics and metabolic syndrome. I have worked with and consulted to many elite athletes though the NSW Institute of Sport and my private practice, Core Nutrition Science, and have a special interest in Masters Athletes. Current research interests include nutrition literacy, sports nutrition (body builders), and dietetic professional work.
