James Scott Vandeventer

James' research examines how to organise for socioecological justice in the contexts of healthcare, housing, and urban futures. He completed a PhD in Organisation Studies at Manchester Metropolitan University (UK). He also holds a MSc in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Edinburgh (UK) and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University (USA). James is currently serving as a Commissioner on the Manchester Social Housing Commission. He is also a member of the Steady State Manchester collective and a Trustee of Step Up MCR.
