My interest focuses on the embodiment of arts education (artes liberales) discourse—in the perspective of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's cipta-rasa-karsa by the Pendidikan Kesenian conception at Taman Siswa and UNESCO's Road Map for Arts Education in 2006 to the Framework on Culture and Arts Education in 2024—as an approach to its praxis in primary education to nurturing and fostering the students' imaginative and creative growth for their intelligence. This became the basis of my thesis, "Budi-Pekerti di antara Paideia dan Bildung: Sebuah Prawacana", for deepening my study.
