Jacqui is a lecturer and researcher, with extensive teaching experience in schools in the UK and Australia. Jacqui is the Professional Certificates Course Coordinator at the Centre for Wellbeing Science (CWS). Jacqui has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology major), Bachelor of Teaching (Hons), her Master of Education, and is currently a PhD candidate at CWS at the University of Melbourne (UoM). Her research interests include planning for, co-designing and measuring effective wellbeing interventions. Jacqui leads undergraduate breadth subjects and masters subjects at the CWS at UoM, including subjects voted among the best at UoM. Jacqui also co-ordinates the CWS Wellbeing Literacy and Language Research Stream team. Jacqui has recent articles published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, and the International Journal of Wellbeing, and chapters co-authored in Wellbeing and Resilience Education: COVID-19 and Its Impact on education, The Handbook of Positive Psychology in Schools, and The International Handbook of Positive Education. Jacqui has a passion for wellbeing and has purpose driven intention to find and share pathways to the language, knowledge and skills of wellbeing, facilitating access equity, such that individuals and their communities can thrive.
