- Associate Professor, Information and Media Studies, Western University
I hold a PhD in Cognitive Psychology/Cognitive Science from the University of Western Ontario, where i am appointed as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Information and Media Studies and (Acting) Associate Vice-President, Research. My research focuses on the social impact of technology, with particular emphasis on issues of equity, privacy, and information provision and access. I am a co-investigator on two SSHRC partnership grants: the eQuality project, focusing on youth equality and healthy relationships online, and the Autonomy Through Cyberjustice project, focused on the use of artificial intelligence tools in the justice system.
