Jacqueline Anderson

I work as a researcher at The University of Melbourne in the area of Clinical Neuropsychology. I have a particular research interest in mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI)/concussion. In particular, I investigate causes for variation in recovery after mTBI, as well as avenues for intervention with those who do not recover in the typical timeframe. Rather than sports concussion, or military veterans, my area of interest particularly focuses on the majority of adults with a mTBI - those from the general population who have been involved in road trauma, falls, workplace accidents or recreational sporting accidents. I have a Master of Psychology (Clinical Neuropsychology) and a PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology. I am a registered Psychologist in Australia with specialist endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology and an Honorary Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist at The Alfred hospital. I have been working clinically as a Clinical Neuropsychologist for more than 20 years.
