I am an interdisciplinary conservation scientist with an interest in understanding and tackling the socio-economic drivers of biodiversity loss. I work on designing and evaluating interventions and policies that can reduce threats to biodiversity whilst also allowing people to thrive. In particular, my research examines options for limiting agriculture-driven biodiversity loss, increasing the multifunctionality of agricultural landscapes, and scaling up more sustainable food systems.
