I am an entrepreneurship educator and researcher at Advantere School of Management. I have a PhD in management focused on the entrepreneurial mindset in entrepreneurship education. My primary professional interest lies in exploring the role education, training, and pedagogical innovations can have in fostering the students' entrepreneurial competences, understood as competences that can be used not only for venture creation but just as much for organizational innovation and personal development.
I have taught business and management related topics in bachelor and master’s programs since 2008, in Peru, Denmark and Spain.
