Indu Subramanian

I am a Clinical Professor at the Deparment of Neurology, David Geffen School of Medicine. I am boarded in movement disorders and intergrative medicine. I have been in practice for 25 years taking care of people living with Parkinson's disease, dystonia and tremors and their caregivers. I am heavily involved at the AAN and the Movement Disorders Society. I am interested in the effects of stigma, trauma, loneliness and psychosocial consequences of PD. I am also interested in women and racially and globally minoritized people as well. I have yoga and mindfulness teacher training and did a year long fellowship at the New York Zen Center. I am did a fellowship in Journalism and health impact at the Dalla Lana School and am working as freelance journalist based out of Santa Monica.
