Ilaria Boncori

Ilaria is a Professor in Management and Marketing at the University of Essex, where she currently serves as Deputy Dean Postgraduate Research (Training). In this role, she is responsible for doctoral training and development across all departments of the university. Ilaria's current research focuses on various topics related to inclusion, equity and diversity in organizations, specifically in terms of gender, sexuality, race and learning, investigated through the use of qualitative methods and autoethnography. She has been the recepient of grants and awards for her work on early pregnancy endings.
