Areas of research include: occupational injuries, illness, and disabilities, occupational health inequities, occupational ergonomics; work-related musculoskeletal disorders among non manual and manual occupations; cumulative trauma disorders, working conditions and health, workplace violence, occupational cancers, chronic illnesses in the workplace, labor policies, labor legislation, and health and safety law. My research interests focus on the following groups: women workers, visible minorities, and immigrant populations.
