Hui Wen Quek

Amanda (Hui Wen) Quek is a pharmacist and a PhD candidate at the University of Western Australia (UWA). She graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney. Her current PhD research at UWA focuses on improving the integration of deprescribing interventions into everyday clinical practice. Her research interests include optimising the quality use of medicines, drug prescribing, and geriatric care. In addition to her academic pursuits, she has extensive experience in patient-facing roles and clinical trial settings.
