Dr. Hristofor Miho is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Córdoba (Spain). His research focuses on olive phenolic compounds, olive oil quality, and genetic improvement strategies aimed at enhancing nutritional properties. He has authored 12 Q1/D1 scientific papers and co-authored two patents, including an international PCT patent for an innovative oleocanthal extraction process. Dr. Miho has played a leading role in major European and national projects such as H2020 GEN4OLIVE, PROLIVE, and OLIXIR, combining analytical chemistry, agronomy, and artificial intelligence to advance olive research and sustainable production.
