Hokbi Tiunn is a Taiwanese lawyer and holds a PhD in Law from the University of Ottawa, Canada. Her research focuses on international law, human rights, gender-based violence, genocide, and feminist legal theory, with particular attention to contemporary Asia. She also holds master’s degrees in International Humanitarian and Security Law from the University of Ottawa and in International Law from Soochow University, Taiwan.
