Henry Fraser is Law Lecturer at QUT Law School and an Associate Investigator at the centre for Automated Decision-Making and Society. His research is about the regulation of AI, focusing on the pressing challenge of distributing risk, responsibility and liability fairly and effectively across complex digital value chains. He completed his doctorate on copyright and digital platforms at the University of Oxford in 2018. His background is in legal practice, specialising in tech law, IP and privacy; and he is a co-founder of Treescribe, which builds contract automation tools.
