Helena Granziera is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the University of New South Wales, Australia. Helena is particularly interested in the psychological processes underpinning teacher wellbeing, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction, and how such factors relate to student outcomes. Helena’s methodological interests include structural equation modelling and confirmatory factor analysis. Helena began her career as a health education teacher, and spent eight years teaching gifted and talented students in a primary school.
