Heather Roberts is a horror scholar with a deep passion for the genre. She is currently completing a PhD in Screen Cultures and Curatorial Studies at Queen's University, where her research focuses on found footage horror films. Heather has presented and published papers on the intersection of found footage horror with topics such as influencer culture, horror spoofs, and eco horror. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting blankets to hide under when she watches horror films with her cat.
Heather completed an MA in English Language and Literature at Queen's University (2015). She holds BAH degrees from the University of Toronto (2014) and Queen's University (2010).
