Hayam Bakour

I am currently completing my PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Saint Mary’s University. Throughout my professional and academic careers, I have been involved with several research projects focused on test development, technology in personnel selection (asynchronous video interviews), onboarding, burnout, psychological safety as well as inclusion and bias in the workplace. In applying my occupational psychology knowledge, I have had the pleasure of working within in-house and external consulting capacities to support organizations to develop and implement top tier evidence-based solutions.
