Harriet Rowley

Dr Harriet Rowley is a Senior Lecturer in Education and Community at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. She is interested in youth participation, forms of social engagement through the arts and forms of democratic practice to promote the representation and recognition of marginalised groups. Her recent publications include two edited books Young People, Radical Democracy and Community Development (with Batsleer and Lüküslü 2023) and Reshaping Youth Participation: Manchester in the European Gaze (with Batsleer and McMahon 2023).
