Dr Hanoku Bathula is a Professional Teaching Fellow in the Department of Management and International Business at the University of Auckland Business School. His work focuses on sustainability, climate change, leadership and strategy, and evidence-based business pedagogy, with additional interests in health systems. He is particularly interested in authentic and work-integrated learning approaches that connect management education to real-world sustainability challenges. His scholarship has appeared in leading outlets including the Journal of International Business Studies, Academy of Management Learning & Education, Business Strategy and the Environment, European Business Review, and Journal of Management Education, among other peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes.
