Hannah Ensaff is an Associate Professor of Public Health Nutrition at the University of Leeds. With a focus on food choice, dietary behaviour, and nutrition interventions to support healthier eating, Hannah has established an extensive portfolio of research. This work spans national and international contexts and employs quantitative and qualitative approaches. This includes the analysis of food choice datasets, exploration of perspectives on dietary behaviour, and the design and evaluation of real-world interventions aimed at improving food choices. Work is underpinned by principles of public health nutrition and behavioural science to contribute to the development of evidence-based policy and practice.
