Hannah Dimmick

Hannah Dimmick, Ph.D. is a digital health and wearable technology specialist, with additional expertise in women's health and science communication. Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher at the City University of New York Graduate School of Public Health as a member of PHICOR (Public Health Informatics, Computational, and Operations Research), the Center for Advanced Technology and Communication in Health (CATCH), and the Artificial Intelligence, Modeling, and Informatics for Nutrition Guidance and Systems (AIMINGS) Center, supervised by Dr. Bruce Y Lee. Her previous research has spanned muscle physiology, biomechanics, neurological disease, physical activity, and how interdisciplinary approaches, innovative technologies, and new methodological techniques can be used to generate broader insights.

Hannah received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas, and her Ph.D. in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.
