Hajar Eddial

Associate Professor Dr. Eddial holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and completed a Post-Doctoral fellowship in workplace management at ESSEC Business School. Passionate about research in Human Resource Management (HRM) and workspace management, her work has been published in esteemed journals such as Management & Avenir, Psychoanalysis and Management Review, Journal of Corporate Real Estate, and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Cases. Dr. Eddial is an active participant in global conferences and has taught at several prestigious universities in the Paris region.
