Gráinne Kent

Gráinne is a CORU Registered Dietitian with clinical experience in the UK and Ireland. Following her PhD with the Irish Universities Nutrition Alliance on the National Nutrition Surveys of Ireland (specifically looking at plant-based food consumption in the adult population), she lectured in Human Nutrition and Dietetics in the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences in UCC. Gráinne is now a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Cameron team with a particular focus on nutrition and women's health. Other interests include plant-based nutrition and nutritional care in vulnerable groups, including older adults in long-term care facilities and those with intellectual disabilities.
