Grace Arnot is a public health researcher in the Institute for Health Transformation at Deakin University. Grace recently completed her PhD that investigated how youth view the commercial and political determinants of the climate crisis, and how the public health community can support youth in developing strategies and mechanisms to engage them as genuine political actors in climate decision-making. Grace is interested in novel and innovative qualitative research methods to engage communities (particularly structurally disadvantaged groups including children, young adults, and women) in advocacy, discussions and policy development relating to health harming industries.
