- Associate Professor, School of Kinesiology, University of The Fraser Valley
I am an associate professor in the School of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. My main area of expertise is biomechanics, and my research interests are muscle activation patterns in clinical populations (knee osteoarthritis, low back pain). I have been teaching group fitness for 10 years, and am also interested on the positive effects of exercise on muscle activation patterns, risk of disease progression, and mental health.
