Giacomo Bianchino

Giacomo Bianchino is an early career researcher, teaching at the University of Sydney, UTS and Notre Dame University.. He specialises in comparative literature, with a focus on interwar poetry and its intersections with politics. He is currently working on a project about postwar Communist writers in Australia. He is a working literary critic, writing for Meanjin, Overland and Australian Book Review. His journalism has appeared in The Nation, Jacobin and the Saturday Paper. He runs a blog and a podcast on Australian literature, culture and politics.
