I am an applied microeconomist whose research uses ideas from behavioral economics to better understand labor markets and education markets. My work focuses on two main areas: first, studying how cognitive limitations like limited mental endurance and limited sophistication affect economic outcomes, including college admissions and wage-setting practices; and second, examining income inequality, particularly through the lens of higher education access.
