Gerhard Hambusch

Associate Professor Gerhard Hambusch is Deputy Associate Dean (International Engagement) at the UTS Business School. His areas of expertise are corporate finance, responsible investment, and ethics and codes of conduct. Gerhard’s research agenda focuses on finding solutions to problems caused by unethical behaviour in business and finance, and the impact of human behaviour on capital markets. Recent industry-funded research collaborations focus on climate finance and GHG emissions to foster climate change mitigation. Gerhard completed his PhD and MBA at the University of Wyoming (USA) and holds Master degrees from the FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany), and the EM Strasbourg Business School (France). Gerhard is a CFA charterholder and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
