Dr Georgia Warren-Myers is an Associate Professor in Property at The University of Melbourne. Georgia undertakes academic research into various areas of interest including housing, climate change, risk assessment, sustainability, valuation, asset management and investment, planning, urban development and sustainable construction. Georgia is a Certified Practising Valuer and is experienced in the valuation of commercial, retail, industrial, leisure, residential and specialist property, having worked for Westlink Consulting, Jones Lang LaSalle in Australia and New Zealand and has previously worked in residential development.
