Georges El Hajal

I am a Senior Lecturer and researcher in Human Resource Management at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences and a PhD candidate at the University of Groningen. My work centres on talent management in tourism and hospitality, with a focus on the implications of artificial intelligence, strategic foresight, and the future of work and education. I combine academic research with practice-oriented teaching in design-based learning environments and contribute to curriculum development, assessment design, and programme governance. In my research, I engage with questions of workforce transformation, ethical and human-centred approaches to management, and the evolving relationship between technology and hospitality.
