George Tsakiridis

George Tsakiridis is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy & Religion at South Dakota State University. His published research includes the topics of guilt and forgiveness which are featured in journals such as Theology and Science and Zygon: Journal of Religion and Science. He is also the author of Evagrius Ponticus and Cognitive Science: A Look at Moral Evil and the Thoughts (Pickwick, 2010) and Seven Virtues for Success (Wipf & Stock, 2021). Dr. Tsakiridis has edited and co-edited volumes on Spider-Man (2021), Breaking Bad (2022), and James Bond (2026) in the Theology, Religion, and Pop Culture series for Bloomsbury Publishing. He holds a PhD in Religion and Science/Theology from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago.
