I completed a PhD at Rhodes University in 2013. I then did a first post-doc at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Following this a did a second post-doc at the University of Cape Town. Next, I was a tenure-track Assistant professor at the University of Georgia in 2018. I then took a position at the University of Cape Town where I am now an Associate professor.
