Geetanjali Basarkod

Dr. Geetanjali Basarkod is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Positive Psychology and Education (IPPE), Sydney, Australia. Her research focuses on understanding how to create inclusive environments in which young people can thrive and reach their full potential, spanning two complementary areas: (i) enhancing social outcomes for diverse youth, including strengthening school belonging and reducing bullying; and (ii) improving moral decision-making by equipping young people with the frameworks and skills needed to navigate complex social contexts and contribute positively to society. She has a particular interest in synthesising high-quality evidence through systematic reviews and meta-analyses to inform the development of effective educational interventions.
