Gail Flanagan

Hi I’m Gail, I am passionate about the language that we use to communicate and have made this my career. In the 23 years that I worked in Business Operations in global software companies, I managed many teams, mentoring team members on effectively communicating across cultures. Returning to university, a long-held ambition, I have now completed a research PhD on spoken communication in international virtual teams. I lecture and tutor on Business Communication and Linguistics in the University of Limerick, Ireland and also run a communication training and consulting business.
