Dr. Gabriele Aroni is Senior Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK. An architectural historian trained in Florence (Italy) who specialized in video games in Oxford (UK), and Toronto (Canada), he has taught architecture and art at British, Chinese, and Canadian universities. His publications space from the study of the architectural orders in early Renaissance architecture to semiotics and copyright law. He is the author of "The Semiotics of Architecture in Video Games" (Bloomsbury 2022).
