Franziska Schrodt

Much of my lab’s work focuses on improving our understanding of the threat climate change and anthropogenic drivers pose for bio- and geodiversity, and on finding nature-based solutions to mitigate these threats.

I leads four international cross-disciplinary working groups on improving biodiversity data access and coverage globally and on defining drivers of biodiversity change across ecosystems. I has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, public outreach outlets, and scientific books.
