Francesca is a housing researcher with extensive experience across the housing sector, construction industry, and policy advocacy. Her current work focuses on housing vulnerability in the context of climate change and natural disasters, with a particular interest in how institutional frameworks shape community and industry responses to environmental risks. Her research emphasises the role of data in informing equitable and effective housing policy, and explores how evidence-based insights can be embedded into legislative and planning frameworks to support long-term resilience.
