Flavio Pisani

Flavio is a Senior Clinical Lecturer in Periodontology. His main expertise is focused in biology and advanced surgical techniques in Periodontal Regeneration and Soft Tissue management around teeth and implants.
He leads the Perio-Regeneration Team focused on the development of new biomaterials and biomolecules at UCLAN.

Flavio has been a keynote speaker to different National and International Conferences in Oral Surgery and Periodontology. He has published more than 19 peer-reviewed publications, 2 textbooks and 30 conference acta. He held an Adjunct Professor position at different Italian Universities, a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Manchester, a Professoriate in Periodontology at the College of Medicine and Dentistry and is a Visiting Professor at the University of Bari since 2018.
