Fernando Medina Morales

Fernando Medina Morales is an Associate Professor of Geography at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and a PhD candidate in the Territory and Society doctoral programme. His research focuses on risk perception, early warning systems, and the integration of geographic information technologies in emergency management. He combines his academic work with more than 20 years of professional experience in emergency coordination as a 112 supervisor in the Canary Islands.
