Feby is a health systems researcher and health economist. Her research focuses on the design, evaluation, and economic assessment of primary care and health system reforms. She is particularly interested in how funding models, workforce configurations, and digital innovation influence access, efficiency, and equity across the health system. Feby's work often focuses on priority populations, including rural communities, people with disability, and older adults.
